Faisal has over twenty years of professional experience in the education and nonprofit sectors. In 1996, he graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. He has attended many specialization courses from LUMS and other leading institutions in Leadership Development, Result Based Management etc..
He is an experienced successful entrepreneur who has started many organizations especially in education and telecommunication sector and helped thousands of people in his area to become agents for social change. He is the President of “Pakistan Entrepreneurship Forum” (PEF). He also participated in Startup Cup USA and Entrepreneurship Conference in Riyadh. To recognize his efforts Allworld network in partnership with the Harvard Business School selected LOGIX College among the Arabia 500 and Pakistan Fast Growth 100 entrepreneur (Pakistan100) ranking. “The Pakistan100 companies, led by dynamic men and women, represent the leading edge of a new approach to competitiveness,” said AllWorld co-founder Harvard Business School Professor Michael Porter.
He is serving as the Director in LOGIX College since 2000 where he worked for the constant growth of this institute in respect of increase in the number of students, a market demand curriculum and developed a foundation to ensure that no student deprived of education at the Institute because of financial constraints. This society is working as non-profit organization and committed to providing excellence in education. He's very aggressive in marketing, has invested in innovative technology and R&D. He has won numerous awards for his pioneering, entrepreneurship and social works. He was also a member of workforce to formalize a national policy on Technical and Vocational Education and Training by GIZ. He has prepared a detailed draft for the improvement of T&V education. He also holds a seat as Senior Vice Chairman of Technical and Vocational Committee of FPPCI Pakistan.
Faisal has been involved with some social organizations and initiate many social initiatives. Since 1998 he is a member of Rotary Club Sargodha (A part of Rotary International). He worked in Rotary as President, Asst. Governor and Director. He engaged in many project especially for education, polio eradication, youth development, Child mother care, eye care etc. He becomes agents for social change through his work for unprivileged class. Now he is also working as Chairman Rotary Youth Exchange in Rotray International District 3272.
He also holds the position of Chairman, Research and Development Cell for Sargodha Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). R&D department in the Chamber can play a vital role to assist the business community/industrialist for the up gradation in their relevant fields with latest techniques innovations to cope with global challenges and competition. Keeping in view above he has an honor that he was the founder chairman of R&D Cell in Sargodha Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
