Alexis J Taylor is a global leader in activating and connecting entrepreneurial ecosystems for economic prosperity.
She is the Director for Global Engagement for the Global Entrepreneurship Network and, in her role, advocates for ecosystem builders and all those who empower our world's doers, makers, and dreamers.
Previously, Alexis was the CEO/President of 3 Day Startup, a 12-year-old international nonprofit that activates the potential of tomorrow's leaders through hands-on, entrepreneurship education. Her organization has had a global impact, equipping 16,000 young leaders across 200 universities in 35 countries with skills of the future to pave non-traditional career paths.
She has eight years of experience in various entrepreneurial endeavors across the public, private, and civil society sectors. And, has been recognized by the U.S. State Department, World Economic Forum, Misk Foundation, and the City of Austin as a leader in empowering communities through entrepreneurship.
Alexis is a distinguished Shafik Gabr Foundation Fellow on fostering East-West relations and Impact Hub Accelerator graduate on Affordability and Workforce Development. She also holds a B.S. focused on Social Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics from Creighton University's Heider College of Business.
