Buke Cuhadar, Vice President of Global Operations at the Global Entrepreneurship Network, was recognized by the American Turkish Society in its ninth class of Young Society Leaders, a group of 20 accomplished professionals with a demonstrated record of leadership ability and commitment to serve the U.S.-Turkish community at large.
In her new role, Cuhadar will be working on community projects focused on building economic, business and cultural ties between the United States and Turkey.

There is great synergy between our organizations; especially now, with the development of our GEN Turkey affiliate," said Cuhadar. "I look forward to aiding the ATS mission and enhancing global ties for the Turkish ecosystem with GEN's 180+ country network.”
Prior to joining GEN, Cuhadar was the Marcom and Outreach Director at Endeavor Turkey, an affiliate of the global organization to catalyze long-term economic growth by selecting, mentoring and accelerating the best high-impact entrepreneurs around the world. While at Endeavor Turkey, she led the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) Turkey campaign, engaging more than 200 players across the entrepreneurship spectrum throughout the country.
The American Turkish Society's mission is to enhance business, economic and cultural ties between Turkey and the United States. The Society convenes leaders in government, business and civil society to discuss and advance U.S.-Turkish relations and foster understanding and cooperation between the two countries through education, cultural exchange, philanthropy and networking.
