I am 27 year old youth leader, volunteer and National Director for Talent Management and Organisational Development at AIESEC in South Africa. My organisation is one of the 124 entities of AIESEC in the world, our aim is to develop young people through international exchange experiences to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential. My perivious experiences include leading AIESEC in one of the local committees at Botswana, namely Gaborone Institute of Professional Studies ( under Greenwich University) where I studied Business Management and engaging in a 1 and a half year AIESEC internship program at India where I taught English, Organisational Behavior and Principles of Management at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya College and Guru Nanak Auto University respectively. My current interest in business is in horticulture, where I operate a small farm at Goodhope in Botswana.
